Please take a moment and read our Terms & Conditions: 1) Please note that completion of this form does not guarantee the swimmer a place in the swimming school. 2) The time slots will first be allocated according to availability and will be reserved after payment of the registration fee or the first month's payment, immediately when prompted to do so. 3) Aquazone Swim Academy charges an annual registration fee of R470 and 11 Monthly payments per year each payable before the 7th of each month. 4) Termination of lessons requires two (2) full calendar months' written notice. 5) Unless The Payor terminates the membership in writing, with two (2) months' notice, we accept that the swimmer will continue classes the following year. 6) If a swimmer is enrolled for the second semester, December fees are due whether or not a swimmer can attend lessons, except when due notice to terminate has been given and if swimming will not continue in the following year. 7) Aquazone Swim Academy will be closed for lessons during certain school holidays and on all public holidays and whole of July for maintenance
